Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated System Administrator to join our team in Salem. As a Senior Executive, you will play a key role in providing technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Firewall Configuration & Management: Install, configure, and maintain firewalls to ensure network security.
Windows Server Administration: Configure and manage Windows servers, ensuring high availability and performance.
Active Directory Management: Create and manage user accounts, groups, and policies on Active Directory and handle domain controllers.
Zoho Mail Management: Oversee email configurations, user management, and troubleshooting in Zoho Mail.
Network Switch Management: Configure and maintain network switches, ensuring seamless connectivity.
ISO Audit Documentation: Create and manage IT documentation in compliance with ISO standards for audits.
Linux Basics: Handle basic Linux server configuration and management tasks.
IP Address Configuration: Proficiently manage and configure IP addresses for network devices.
NAS Storage Management: Strong expertise in configuring and managing NAS storage devices for data storage and retrieval.
File Server Backup & Restore: Ensure regular backups and facilitate data restoration for file servers.
WSUS Patching: Manage and deploy updates using Windows Server Update Services (WSUS).
Antivirus Management: Administer antivirus solutions, ensuring system-wide security and malware protection.

Skill Requirements:
⦁ 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT system administration.
⦁ Strong understanding of networking, server management, and IT infrastructure.
⦁ MCSA, CCNA, or equivalent certifications.
⦁ Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
