Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Support – Senior Executive to join our team in Salem. As a Senior Executive, you will play a key role in providing technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel to alternate office locations to address technical issues.

Remote Support Expertise: Utilize Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) to efficiently resolve issues remotely.

Technical Support: Provide prompt assistance to end-users, resolving hardware and software concerns effectively.

Windows Server Administration: Manage and maintain Windows Server environments to ensure performance, stability, and security.

Domain Management: Handle domain configurations, user account setups, and access permissions.

Networking Support: Apply basic networking principles to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues.

Firewall Management: Support and maintain basic firewall configurations.

Issue Diagnosis: Identify and resolve technical issues, escalating when required.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of IT processes, system configurations, and resolutions for future reference.

Team Collaboration: Partner with IT teams and other departments to address and support organizational IT needs.

User Training: Conduct sessions to educate end-users on IT processes, tools, and best practices.

 

Qualifications:

A minimum 3- 5 years of experience in IT support.
Strong expertise in Windows Server management and domain administration.
Foundational knowledge of networking principles and firewall configurations.
Proven problem-solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Capability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Relevant IT certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
