Work & Experience
Major role of this project is covered by prevention of pathogenic vibrio cholera ,identified the characterization, biomarker genes, phylogenetic tree,3D structure for specific gene and secondary structure of gene. I focused on research project related to vibrio cholera .I gained a strong foundation in microbiology ,biochemistry, molecular biology, and cell culture techniques and i also worked research intern in microbiology lab. I am proficient in aspectic techniques ,isolation and identification of microorganisms, microbial culture maintaining ,purification, preservation of microbial culture ,biochemical assay and cell lines. I have excellent hands on Experience in using various instrument and techniques like DNA isolation, PCR amplification, agarose gel electroporis, purification of PCR product, spectrophotometer, laminar air flow, HPLC, Centrifuge, incubator , etc.
