Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Officer to join our ITES company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing support to various departments. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between vendors, department heads, and employees to facilitate smooth communication and operations.
- Manage office logistics, including supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring everything runs efficiently.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for senior management and other departments.
- Maintain and organize company records, files, and databases.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal communications and documents.
- Address and resolve operational issues as they arise, demonstrating problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ensure that administrative processes and policies are followed to maintain a high level of efficiency.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support HR and finance departments with employee records, attendance tracking, and other administrative tasks.
- Take initiative and make sound decisions, even in fast-paced or challenging situations.
- Be flexible and adaptable to changing requirements, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an ITES or similar industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with vendors, department heads, and employees at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, able to handle issues effectively and efficiently.
- Good decision-making skills with the ability to assess situations and make informed choices.
- Ability to adapt to changing demands and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with office software, such as MS Office Suite, and basic knowledge of office management tools.Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in an ITES or technology-driven environment is a plus.
