Job Overview
We’re seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 4+ years of experience in US Healthcare IT or Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO). In this role, you will identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients to grow our revenue and market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting
Research and identify potential clients in the Personal Injury / legal / Insurance domains.
Execute multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) to engage high-value targets.

Inbound Lead Qualification
Quickly respond to inbound leads from marketing campaigns.
Conduct discovery calls to assess prospect needs, budget, and decision-making processes.

Outbound Campaigns
Collaborate with marketing to design and execute targeted campaigns.
Personalize messaging for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives aimed at large law firms, insurance carriers, or medical examiner companies.

Pipeline Management
Maintain an accurate CRM (e.g., Zoho CRM) with lead status, conversation history, and next steps.
Provide regular updates on leads, appointments, and conversion rates.

Collaboration
Work closely with the Sales Head to hand off qualified opportunities and support seamless deal progression.
Partner with Marketing team to refine buyer personas, improve outreach sequences, and share insights from prospect feedback.

Market & Product Knowledge
Stay current on industry trends in LPO / US Insurance domains.
Understand LezDo TechMed’s full suite of services to address prospect inquiries confidently.

Performance Tracking
Meet or exceed monthly targets for booked meetings, qualified leads, and contribution to closed deals.
Analyze campaign metrics (e.g., open rates, response rates) and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of Sales experience in US Healthcare IT / KPO or LPO.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively handle objections.
  • Understanding of decision-making structures in healthcare or legal organizations.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with high-volume outreach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
