Skill sets: • 4 years of experience in Med-Legal services • 0.5 years in Product Development and Customer Support • Worked on automation of 3M calculator that have reduced working time in a larger way • Developed a new product that would summarize the post-injury events in two-page analytical view using python • Worked for product development for pain management chart (Greatly reduced the working time from 5 hours to 20 minutes – Awarded second prize in Project ingenious competition) • Have experience in demand letter drafting, medical billing services and personal injury cases • Have experience in creating interpretive special reports for Personal Injury Cases • Process simplification with macros – indexing, PDF sorting, date and provider check, etc
