Company Co-ordinates: To provide company details such as address, contact no, email-id in the tool provided. Compliance: To provide the ratings such as CIBIL, Brickworks, and SMERA ratings. Financial Details: Analyzing the balance sheet, profit & loss of the documents gathered information on PAT & Auditor details. Legal Case Analysis: To identify legal case status/Judgment Documents for the public/private registered companies. Updating Priority Level Legal escalation issues (L1, L2 & L3) to client through curation tool. Analyzing all work packets process has been following as per SOP’s. Achieving 100 % production level with high accuracy on daily basis.
Tool knowledge: “SAP HANA & MS OFFICE 24/7 on time process support provided to PAN INDIA field team product related issues. Follow up with customer for quicker resolution through Chat/Email. Attending client requirements & rendering solutions as per increasing customer satisfaction index. Breakdown support ( 24/7 ) provided to SELECT customers vehicles (Blue,Gold,Silver&platinum) to sustain the vehicle purchase from the brand. Managing the major platinum key customers and supporting PAN Ind Customers. Creation, modification of SOP’s made available for all the processes whenever the process change done for field service team usage.
